Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.VIZOAgent.com (the "Website"), the VIZO™ Wait List, and the VIZO Agent mobile application (the "App"), together the "Services." The Services are owned and operated by Grego-Tech LLC ("Grego-Tech," "VIZO™," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About VIZO™

VIZO™ is a technology platform for licensed real estate professionals to manage listings, leads, and deals. The Website provides information about VIZO™, collects interest through the Wait List, and shares product updates. The App provides the VIZO™ platform features to registered users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The App is intended for licensed real estate professionals and others we approve. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and current.

3. Wait List

By joining the Wait List, you understand and agree that:

  • Joining the Wait List does not create an App account and does not guarantee future access, membership, pricing, availability, or participation.

  • VIZO™ features may still be under development.

  • Grego-Tech LLC may approve, decline, delay, or remove any Wait List registration at its sole discretion.

4. App Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using your mobile phone number or another supported sign-in method. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date

  • Use only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use

  • Keep your login credentials and verification codes confidential

  • Notify us promptly at support@vizoagent.com of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. SMS Terms

Program. Grego-Tech LLC, developer of VIZO™, sends text messages to users who provide their mobile phone number when registering for or signing in to the VIZO Agent App. Messages include one-time verification codes (OTPs) and account notifications, such as registration confirmation, account approval, login and security alerts, and important account updates.

Consent. By entering your mobile number in the App and tapping Sign up or requesting a code, you agree to receive these text messages from VIZO™ at that number. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have given separate, express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. If you opt out, you may be unable to receive verification codes required to sign in to the App.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact support@vizoagent.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Email and Push Communications

If you provide your email address or use the App, you agree that Grego-Tech LLC (VIZO™) may send you emails and push notifications about your account, the Services, product updates, launch announcements, beta invitations, surveys, events, and educational content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, and you may manage push notifications in your device settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

  • Provide false information or impersonate any person or entity

  • Access or attempt to access another user's account without permission

  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems

  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Copy, scrape, or resell any part of the Services without our written permission

8. Location Sharing

Certain App features, such as Share My Showing and Start My Trip, share your live location with a specific client during an active session. You are responsible for choosing when to start and end a sharing session. Location data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. No Brokerage Relationship

Using the Services does not create an employment relationship, independent contractor relationship, brokerage affiliation, agency representation, or any other contractual relationship with Grego-Tech LLC or Popby Realty®, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

10. Changes to the Services

Features, functionality, pricing, release dates, availability, supported markets, subscription plans, and services may change without notice. Nothing in the Services constitutes a promise that any specific feature will be released or maintained.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services is owned by or licensed to Grego-Tech LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes the VIZO™ name, VIZOAgent.com, logos, graphics, software, website and user interface designs, marketing materials, text, videos, trademarks, trade dress, product concepts, and proprietary workflows. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. VIZO™ is a trademark of Grego-Tech LLC.

12. Patent Pending Notice

Certain systems, methods, workflows, and technologies associated with the VIZO™ platform are Patent Pending. Nothing in the Services grants any license or ownership rights to VIZO™ intellectual property.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at www.vizoagent.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. No Warranty

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grego-Tech LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, future functionality, compatibility, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grego-Tech LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or your reliance on any information provided through them.

17. Additional Terms

Certain features, such as paid subscriptions, may be subject to additional terms presented at the time you use them. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that feature.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
